Dues cover expenses such as:
- Upkeep of the entrance and open areas (landscaping, sign, lighting)
- Association expenses (e.g. printing, technology, PO Box)
- Insurance
- Social events

Annual Dues
Annual Dues are $75 per year for neighborhood maintenance and social events.
We encourage all neighbors to join the Association and contribute to 2025 dues. Dues can be paid by returning your membership form and sending your dues by check or via PayPal to huntridgeassoc@gmail.com.
